RUIE STORE POLICY

Domestic Shipping Only
RUIE ships exclusively within South Africa. We do not provide international shipping. Focusing on local delivery allows us to ensure your order arrives quickly and in excellent condition.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within one to two business days. During high-demand periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for dispatch.

Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes two to five business days depending on your location. Delivery times may be affected by courier schedules, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Occasionally, RUIE offers promotional free shipping on selected items or during special campaigns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Tracking
A tracking number and courier information will be provided once your order is dispatched. We encourage you to monitor your shipment to stay informed of its status.

Delivery Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. RUIE is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major debit and credit cards, instant EFT, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.

Payment Security
All transactions are securely processed using encrypted payment gateways. RUIE does not store full card information. We follow industry-standard security protocols to protect your payment data.

Order Confirmation
After payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email detailing your purchase will be sent. Please review your order carefully and contact us immediately if any discrepancies are noticed.

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unused, unworn, and undamaged items within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns outside this timeframe or for items that have been altered, worn, or damaged will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and clearance products are not eligible for return. Please review product listings carefully before purchasing.

Return Process
To return an item, contact info@ruie.co.za or support@ruie.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item safely.

Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically take five to seven business days to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new purchase. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within twenty-four hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, the return policy applies once the item is delivered.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

RUIE ensures that all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and up to date. Slight variations in color, material, or size may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturer differences.

Stock Availability
