SHIPPING & RETURNS

RUIE SHIPPING POLICY

At RUIE, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Please read below for full details on how our shipping and delivery process works within South Africa.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
    During peak periods (sales, launches, or holidays), processing can take up to 5 business days.

  • Order Confirmation:
    After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
    Once shipped, we’ll send another email with your tracking details.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations:
    Once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
    Please double-check your delivery details before completing checkout.

2. SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

We currently ship anywhere in South Africa using reliable courier partners to ensure fast, safe delivery.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (after dispatch)

    • Cost: R130 flat rate

    • Free Shipping: Orders over R1,500

  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (after dispatch)

    • Cost: R200 flat rate

Note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take 1–3 additional days depending on courier coverage.

3. DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Our couriers deliver directly to your door. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days, contact us at support@ruie.co.za with your order number.

5. FAILED DELIVERIES OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES

  • If the courier cannot deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, it will be returned to us.

  • Once we receive the parcel, our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

  • Additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work hard to deliver orders on time, delays can happen due to:

  • Courier or logistics backlogs

  • Public holidays or peak shopping periods

  • Severe weather or load-shedding interruptions

We’ll always communicate and keep you updated if any delay affects your order.

7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged item or something is missing, email support@ruie.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and item

We’ll investigate and provide a quick resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

RUIE RETURNS POLICY

At RUIE, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. RETURNS 

  • You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS 

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories, socks, and underwear

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

3. HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email our support team at support@ruie.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please request an exchange when contacting support.
